New Member Orientation

"The more you know, the healthier you'll be"

In order to help you get started, we've designed a 2-step orientation process to make your transition into our facility more comfortable!

Youth Orientation

All children under 16 are required to take two orientation sessions with a certified personal trainer. Sessions will include an age appropriate medical history, physical assessment, and equipment orientation. Orientation is for ages of 12-15.

Note: Some of our cardiovascular and strength equipment may not be suitable for all ages, therefore, the orientation will determine an appropriate fitness program based on their needs and goals.
