At Sport & Wellness our group exercise program is designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Our instructors have many years of experience teaching all forms of classes and hold certifications with nationally recognized institutions like ACE and AFAA. Our class philosophy is to provide a non-intimidating environment and to encourage everyone to work at his or her own preferred level of intensity and impact. BODYPUMP: One hour barbell workout that challenges all your major muscle groups. Your choice of weights inspire you to get the results you came for-fast!
BOSU Fusion: This class integrates cardio, strength. power, agility, endurance and flexibility with core and balance training. (*Pre-requisite-BOSU Training -Initial fee required for training.)
Bottom Blasters: Intense half hour class focusing on the butt and legs for maximum summertime shaping!
Cardio Boot Camp: Athletic based class that incorporates strength training and sports conditioning to enhance overall strength and aerobic conditioning.
Cardio Fusion: Combination class that mixes up step, hi/low and strength training all in one class for a fun and invigorating workout! (+ abs included)
Cardio Kickboxing: All inclusive class that combines kickboxing with other forms of cardio.
Double Step/Yoga Stretch: A challenging workout that uses two steps instead of one to allow for new and creative combinations. Twenty minutes of yoga postures complete the hour. (One step will be used if attendance requires.)
Kickboxing: Traditional kickboxing moves are performed continuously for a high intensity workout that packs a punch and a kick!
Mat Pilates: This class features a progressive number of exercises focusing on mindful body movement, CORE stabilization and unified body movements.
Step & Box: Class of progressive step choreography combined with basic kickboxing moves that will work your heart as well as shape both your upper and lower body.
Yoga: Learn to listen to your body while you stretch, strengthen and condition every muscle. Don't let the relaxing music fool you...this class will challenge every body part.
